You can ask them about a detail in your profile to show they read it properly or just ask "Did I say I wanted to be contacted by admirers with nothing but cock pics? Yes or no"

I'd like to see an option in Flickr that would only allow someone to add you as a friend if you'd at least already marked them as a contact. That would be a simple way of stopping willy-wavers from getting around the "no porn except visible only to friends" rule by adding everyone they can find as friends.
